Area III: Implementation

Area III Reflection:

In the area of implementation, I have only ever implemented health education on my peers. The nervous factors or pressure is very low. The mental health presentation was easy to understand and simple. However, the activity may have not been age appropriate for college students. Although the activity did encourage physical activity as a byproduct. The process evaluation for Safe Space Project is an important factor in creating a successful intervention. As an undergraduate student, I still lack real world experience on if the process evaluation method is effective. The current process is based on the textbook guidance. The sugar sweetened beverage presentation was a more interactive implementation of nutrition education which incorporated an activity for the viewer to follow along. The activity was engaging and fun; however, we failed to consider accessibility of ingredients and tools for those watching.
